The ideal candidate will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of AIHS’s global events, ensuring excellence in logistics, programming, and overall participant experience.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of Africa’s largest housing and construction event, contributing to its growth and international recognition. The Event Planner will collaborate with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact events that shape Africa’s housing sector.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event concepts, timelines, and budgets for international conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event operations.
  • Manage venue selection, catering, transportation, and other logistical details.
  • Oversee conference programming, speaker coordination, and delegate engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards for event management and safety.
