JOHNSTONE OLTETIA is the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at the Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC); responsible for the establishment and operationalization of the Company. KMRC was established with the principal objective of addressing the long-term funding constraints hindering the growth of the primary mortgage market and reducing the funding cost of residential mortgages and availability of housing finance to Kenyans. The Company is one of the key enablers of the Affordable Housing Pillar of the Government of Kenya’s BIG 4 AGENDA.
