AIHS is the owner of affordable Housing Academy – where youths and practitioners are trained on affordable housing.
The AIHS holds for 6 days every year while the first 2days is for construction of booths including personalized booths and decoration of the venue
Everyone is welcome to attend the AIHS.
The attendance of the AIHS exhibition is free for all visitors
However, attendance of other sessions – CEOs Forum , B2B meetings , international housing finance conference are paid for or by invite.
The AIHS is made up of 8 sessions apart from side events.

All companies and professional services related to the built industry are welcome to exhibit at the AIHS. The AHA is the acronym for the Africa Housing Awards which is held on every year with the industruction of Affordable Hall of fame winners. This event is designed to award individuals and companies who have distinguished themselves in the year through their contributions to the development of Housing or housing related activities in Africa.
The AHA is strictly by invitation to the most distinguished companies and personalities.
The AIHS draws participants from all works of life and all income levels.
